Low-income & pay it forward Questionnaire
This affordable photography service and pricing is for those who face financial barriers. I offer 2 low-income pricing sessions per calendar month. Priority for low-income pricing will go to folks who are living at or below the poverty line and who experience barriers to housing, food security, childcare or other basic necessities. Priority may also be given to those who focus on community reciprocity, and who can take my offer and “pay it forward” into the community.
I am committed to ensuring that as many folks as possible have access to photography. This form is designed to help me understand your needs. Please only answer questions that you feel comfortable answering, and share as much as you feel comfortable sharing. All information is confidential.
